1 cup Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

1 cup Butter

TOPPING-
|

2/3 cup Butter, softened

1-1/2 cups Sugar
|
|
2/3 cup Flour
|
|

1-1/2 cups Chopped Pecans

Instructions |

|
Mash first 5 ingredients together and plac ein 9x13 baking dish.

For the topping, cut butter into sugar, add flour, nuts. Sprinkle
over potatoes.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
