Combine first ingredients in a large bowl. Beat and pour into a 10
inch pie pan. Drain a large can of sliced peaches and save juice. Lay
peach slices on top of batter.
Combine second ingredients. Beat and spoon over peaches to
within 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch of edge of the pan. Combine 1 Tbs
sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over pie. Bake 30-35 min at
350°.
