Decap and clean mushrooms, saving stems.
Paint with melted butter and set on a cookie tray.
Drain Crab meat and add to bowl.
Take mushroom stems and chop them finely, put them in with the crab.
Add onion, Laughing Cow Cheese spread, garlic,cayenne, and bread crumbs.
Mix well.
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
Place on center of defrosted Phyllo dough squares and bring up sides and pinch on top. Cut off extra dough and prick sides with fork.
brush with egg whites.
Cook at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes.

The larger the mushroom, the more it becomes a meal and not an appetizer or side. .
