BATTER- Beat yellow cake mix, instant vanilla pudding, eggs, oil and water for five minutes. Pour 1/2 batter into a 9 X 13 inch pan. TOPPING- Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 topping mixture over batter. Add rest of cake batter and then topping mixture. Swirl through batter with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 munutes or until done.
