3 14 oz cans pinto beans, kidney beans or black beans
14 oz can tomatoes with chilies
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 pack dry ranch dressing mix
1 pack taco seasoning
1 15 oz can corn, drained
Instructions
I never seem to make this the same way twice and it always comes out well. Sometimes I add other things or use chillie seasoning instead of taco seasoning - it doesn't matter. Sometimes I add Jalapeno peppers or bell peppers. It's hard to screw it up.
Brown the beef and onions; drain.
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low 4 hrs.

Suggestions
We serve it in bowls with Fritos, shredded cheddar cheese, and sometimes sour cream on top. Its very filling.
