2 pkg cream cheese, softened

1/4 c. sugar
|

1 t. vanilla
|
|
1 t. lemon juice
|

2 eggs

canned cherry pie filling
|
|
large vanilla wafers
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, juice and eggs.
|
|
|
Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each muffin cup in the muffin tin.
|
|
|
Fill each cup 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
Bake at 375 for 15 min.
Cool and spoon cherry mixture on top.
|
|
|
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
|
