Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs. Mix well and add pumpkin. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Fold in nuts.
Pour in 10x15 inch jelly roll pan and bake at 350 for 25 min.
FROSTING-
3 oz cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 T. cream
1 t. vanilla
1 3/4 c. pwd sugar.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Thin with more cream to reach desired consistency.
