2 C Celery - sliced diagnoly

Salt and Pepper

1 can Bamboo Shoots
|

1 C Bean Sprouts
|

1 tsp Olive Oil
|
|
1 Can Chicken broth
|
|
2 Tbls cornstarch
|
|
dash salt
|
|
2 tsp soy sauce
|
|
2 Tbls water
|
|
1 tsp garlic - minced
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Add celery, onions, mushrooms, Bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and bean sprouts into chicken broth and bring to a soft boil.
Turn down heat to low.

|
Lightly fry chicken with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and garlic.
Add to chicken broth.
|
|
|
Mix cornstarch with water to make a paste.
Add to chicken broth mixture.
Heat thoroughly.
|
