Whisk the egg whites very stiff. add half the icing sugar though a
siv, and mix until a bit elastic, then carefully mix in the rest also
though a siv.
either place them as small tops on a baking sheet, or as to big
circles for a big cake with two layers.
Bakes at 340 F for 1 hour for the big circles and less for the tops,
depending on how big or small you make them.
