Mix cream cheese, 1 T milk and sugar in a large bowl with a wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread onto bottom of crust.
Pour 1 cup of milk into a large bowl. Add pumpkin, pudding, and spices. Beat with wire whisk until smooth,it will be thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired, refrigerate leftovers.
