Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
To make cheese sauce- melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and flour.
Allow this to thicken and then slowly add milk. When all milk is
added, add cheese. Add salt, pepper and dry mustard. When sauce has
thickened add pasta.
Pour into casserole dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 400
degrees for 20 minutes.
