1 lb bacon - fried till crisp and crumbled
|

3 large stalks fresh broccoli, cut up
|
|
1/2 cup raisins
|
|
1 med red onion, chopped
|
|
1/2 cup sugar
|
|
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
|
|
1/2 cup real mayo
|
|
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
In large bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds and onions.
|

In small bowl, stir together mayo, sugar, and vinegar. Spoon over
broccoli. Toss. Add bacon and toss.
|

|
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
|
