Cream butter, shortening and cream cheese; gradually
add sugar, beating at medium speed until light and
fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each
addition.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to
creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk,
stirring just until blended. Stir in flavorings.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube
pan; bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until a wooden
pick comes out clean.
Let cake cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes; remove from
pan, and cool completely.
