1/2 cup chopped walnuts
|

2 pkg. of Ramen noodles, broken up (do not use flavor packet)

1 stick butter
|
|
2 bags romaine or any other lettuce
|
|
1/2 cup scallion
|
|
chopped 1 head broccoli, just head chopped up
|
|
3/4 cup vegetable oil
|
|
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
|
|
3/4 cup sugar
|
|
|

1 tablespoon soy sauce
|
|
1/2 teaspoon salt
|

Instructions |
|
|
Saute walnuts and noodles with butter until lightly browned (make sure
it is cooled completely before mixing with lettuce, onion, and
broccoli)

Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and salt. Mix well. Pour
dressing on just before serving. You may not want to use all of the
dressing.
