1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juices
2 small pkgs orange jello
2 c hot water
1 c combined juices
3/4 c mini marshmallows
TOPPING-
1/2 c sugar
1 T flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c combined juices
2 t butter
1 c whipping cream
Instructions
Make the jello. Cool, add marshmallows. Put in a 9x13 baking dish. Chill to set. TOPPING- combine sugar and flour. Blend in egg. Gradually stir in juices. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat, stir in butter, cool. Whip the cream with a little sugar, fold into cooled mixture. Spread on set Jello mixture.
