1 bunch fresh turnips(about six)

1/4 cup Olive Oil

Coarse salt

Instructions |

|
Remove turnip greens (remember they can be eaten also), wash and peel. Peel like you would a potato. Cut into fry shaped strips or wedges.

Toss a few fries at a time with a little olvie oil. Spread out on a baking pan and salt or season.
|
|
|
Bake for 20 min. turning the fries a time or two.
