|
Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer uncoivered about 30 min., stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in a large amount of salted boiling water til tender; drain and rinse tom cool.

In a seperate bowl- Beat eggs; add cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.

|
Layer half the noodles in 13x9x2 inch baking dish; spread with half the cottage cheese filling; add half the mozzerella cheese and half the meat sauce. Repeat.

|
Bake @ 375 about 45 minutes.
or assemble early and refrigerate; bake 1 hour
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
