|
Seed and cut the jalapeno, add it and the scallions
and garlic clove to a food processor with a little
juice from the Rotelle tomatoes. Pulse til chopped.

Drain tomatoes and add to food processor. Add lime
and salt and pulse 4-5 times, or until tomatoes are
chopped, but not totally liquified.

|
Add cilantro leaves to food processor and pulse 1-2
times.
|
|
|
Pour into a serving bowl and serve with chips.
