12 oz bottle Scotch Ale
|
|
1/4 c crushed rosemary
|
|
1 t garlic salt
|
|
10-12 small new potatoes with peel, sliced
|
|
2 med onions, chopped
|
|
grated Parmesan cheese
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine ale, rosemary and garlic salt in large resealable plastic bag. Add potatoes and onions and marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375.

|
Use slotted spoon to remove potatoes and onions from marinade. Place in baking dish and pour about 1/2 cup marinade over vegetables.
|
|
|
Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Season with a little salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over potatoes and bake uncovered for additional 10 to 15 minutes.
