500g fresh Asparagus
|

6 Spring Onions, chopped
|

15ml Sesame Oil
|
|
Zest of ˝ small Lemon
|

15ml Lemon Juice
|
|
15ml Sesame Seeds, toasted
|

Lemon wedges & Parsley to garnish
|

Instructions |
|
|
Wash the asparagus and cook in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes or until tender.
Drain well.

Sauté the spring onions in sesame oil, then add the lemon zest, lemon juice and asparagus.

|
|
Place on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
