1/2 c brown sugar, packed

1/4 c chili powder, or less

1/4 c cider vinegar

2 t Worcestershire sauce

1 lb lean beef stewing meat, cut into 3/4 inch cubes

1 lb lean pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4 inches cubes

Instructions |
|
|
Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and salt in slow cooker.

Stir in meat.

Cover. Cook on high 6-8 hours.

Shred met with two forks. Stir all ingredients together well. Serve on buns.
