1 med onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 TB olive oil

2 cans beef broth
|

2 cans chicken broth
|

1/2 cup V-8 juice
|

1 tsp cumin
|

1 tsp chili powder
|
|
1 jalapeno, deseeded & chopped
|

1 tsp salt
|
|
3/4 tsp worceshire sauce
|
|
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
|
|
1 large tomato, diced
|
|
tortilla chips
|
|
avocado slices
|
|
Monterey Jack cheese, grated
|

Instructions |
|
|
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add broths, V-8, cumin, chili powder, jalapeno, salt and worceshire sauce. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer one hour.

Add chicken and tomato. Cook 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Place tortilla chips in a bowl. Top with cheese and avocado. Pour soup over all.
