Cook pasta until al dente. Blanch broccoli florets for approx 30 secs or until crisp. Defrost shrimp and remove the tail.
Melt butter in pan (low-med heat), whisk in flour gradually, making a smooth mixture. Slowly add milk and whisk contantly until well blended and a thickness you like.
Add parmesean cheese, let it melt and then stir in with sauce. Add shrimp to sauce until heated, do not over cook or shrimp will be tough.
Add broccoli and pasta, stir and let sit covered on low heat for 3-5 min or until heated through. Serve and eat immediately.

Becareful not to leave on the heat too long or sauce will be thick and shrimp will be tough.
