Combine soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, ginger, garlic and pork
tenderloins into a resealable plastic bag. Marinate in the
refridgerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove pork from marinade. Prepare a very hot grill. Grill pork for
12 to 15 minutes, turning once. Slice and serve immediately.

Suggestions
Marinade can be boiled and served as a sauce. Also, orange marmalade sauce, heat and serve with pork tenderloin.
