1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chianti or other dry red wine

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 med. green peper,cut into strips

Instructions |
|
|
in skillet, brown chicken in shortening pour off fat.
|

add remaining indregients except pepper.
|
|
|
cover cook over low heat 30 min. add pepper
|
|
|
cook 15 min. more or until chicken is tender stir now and then 4 servings
|
