Heat 1 tbs. butter in large non-stick skillet over med heat.
Sprinkle both sides of four 4 oz. pork chops with 1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Table Blend. add pork chips to skillet, brown for 2 min. turn.
Slice 1 med onion thinly, sprinkle over chips and cook 2 min.
Add 1 cup apple cider to skiller, cover, simmer for 25 min.
Peel, core and cut a Granny smith apple into 1/4 lickes.
Add apple to skillet, cook for and additional 5 min.
Serve chips garnished with apple slices and juices.
