2 tbsp. vegetable oil
|
|
1 lb small red potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
|
|
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed broccoli cheese soup
|
|
1/2 cup milk
|
|
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
|
|
2 cups broccoli flowerets
|
|
1 pkg. (10 oz.) refrigerated cooked chicken breast strips
|
|
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
|

Stir soup, milk, garlic powder, broccoli, and chicken into the skillet. Sprinkle with cheese.
|
|
|
Heat to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
|
|
|
Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
