Bring beef broth, chicken broth granules and water to a boil. Add rinsed/drained (not soaked) Lentils, celery, onions, zucchini & basil leaves and simmer steady for 20-30 minutes.
Add tomatoes. In a seperate pan saute` turkey till no longer pink, drain and add to pot.
Right before serving add as much fresh spinach as you would like.
