     Holiday Flan

Ingredients
One 14oz can sweentened condensed milk
One 12oz can evaporated milk
1 cup of half and half milk
6 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 pint of salt
1 cup of sugar
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees- Make the caramel sauce- pour the sugar inside a small sauce pan. Heat on stove using medium to low heat until sugar begins to clump. Stir slowly until sugar completly liquefies. Turn off stove once sugar turns a shiny brown color.
Immediately place all the caramel (sugar) into the bottom of a 9 inch wide glass pie plate.
Place all other ingredients into a blender and blend for two minutes. Pour blended ingredients into the glass plate. Pour about 3/4 of an inch of water inside a roasting pan. Put the glass plate inside the roasting pan and place the pan inside the oven.
Bake for one hour or until the top is brown. Then, pierce the flan throught the top with a skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, IT's Ready!
Serving Suggestions
Refridgerate for about 4hours. Slice and serve chilled...
