Cook bacon, set aside. (Turkey bacon is so lean you may need to add a little oil) Saute onion in 1 T oil. Add vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Mix well. Drain all beans. Stir beans and bacon into onion mixture.
Heat on simmer for 25 minutes or bake on grill top 1/2 hour. May also be microwaved or baked in regular oven. Delicious served hot or at room temperature.
