1 small onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
2 tbls chopped frest basil
lettuce leaves
Instructions
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Set aside
In shallow dish, layer tomatoes and onions; sprinkle with basil. Pour dressing over tomatoes and onion. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors, occasionally spooning dressing over tops of slices.
To serve, line individual salad plates with lettuce leaves. Drail tomatoes and onion, reserving dressing. Arrange tomatoe slices and onion rings on lettuce-lined plates; drizzle with reserved dressing.
