1 Cup solid whtie vegetable oil

1 Ib. pure cane confectioners sugar (aprox 4 cups)

1 tablespoon of Wilton Meringue Powder

1 pinch of salt optional

Chocolate Buttercream

add 3/4 cup cocoa and 3 1oz unsweetened choloate squares, melted and additional1 to 2 tablespoons of

water to the recipe. Mix until well blended
