Pre-cooking- Separate radishes and greens. Slice radishes into quarters and remove root. Chop garlic and onions (use as many or as little as you want for flavor.)

Heat oil or butter, garlic, and onions in a sautee pan until garlic and onions are just barely browned.

|
Add radishes and cook over medium heat about 4 min.Transfer cooked radishes to a bowl.
|
|
|
Add greens to the skillet and sautee approx. 3 min. until wilted. Return the radishes to the pan and toss together. Heat briefly. Serve hot. Add salt and pepper to taste.
