Cook squash and season. Mix egg yolks, sour cream, and flour; fold in egg whites. Layer casserold dish in the following order- half the squash, half of egg mixture, half of the cheese, and half of the bacon.
Repeat layers. Mix butter with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 mintues.
