1 can (6oz) water-packed chunk light tuna, drained
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
18 (1/2-inch) slices seedless cumcumber
18 capers, optional
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, tuna, parsley, onion, oregano and pepper in medium bowl; mix well.
Mound about 1 tbsp tuna mixture to completely cover top of each cucumber slice. If serving cold, garnish with capers, if desired.
To serve hot, preheat oven to 500 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking sprahy. Place snacks on prepared baking sheet and bake about 10 minutes ore until tops are puffed and brown. Remove from oven and transfer to serving plate. Garnish with capers, if desired
