Pound meat thin and spread with Dijon mustard. Cover with onions, dill pickle. roll meat and secure with toothpick. Brown each side.
Braise in puree, beef stock and for 1 hour.Thick with flour mixed with small amount of wine or beef broth. Cook, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove toothpick. Serve with sauce.
