8 slices fresh french bread sliced on the thicker side
4 slices american cheese
4 slices cheddar cheese
16 fresh basil leaves
1 tomato
8 slices cooked bacon
2 tbls mayo
1 tbls pesto
montreal steak seasoning
garlic powder
salt & pepper
Instructions
Slice chicken into four pieces and seasoning with montreal steak seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Grill until cooked thoroughly. Mix mayo and pesto together in small bowl.
Butter one side of bread and season with salt and pepper. Place one side of bread onto panini grill or skillet and spread a good amount of pesto/mayo spread onto inside slice of bread.
Place 1 slice american cheese, 4 basil leaves, 1 piece of chicken, 1-2 slices tomato, 2 pieces bacon, 1 slice cheddar cheese and place top piece of buttered bread and grill until golden brown.
