Stand 16 wafers (top side out)inside 9in cake pan. (Line the pan with plastic wrap)

Melt 3 squares of chocolate as package directs. Beat pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk with whisk for 2 min. Blend in melted chocolate and 1 cup Cool Whip. Pour into pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, & remaining milk until blended. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over pudding mixture. Top with remaining wafers.

|
Refridgerate for 3 hours. Inverte torte onto plate. Remove pan and plastic wrap. Top torte with Cool Whip, berries (can omit), & chocolate curls.
