3 medium nectarines, or peaches, diced (1 1/2 cup)
2 Tbsp red onion, diced
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 small jalapeno peppers, fresh, minced
1 tsp splenda
1 lb extra-lean ham steak, cut into 4 pieces
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 spray cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat grill or grill pan. In a medium bowl, combine nectarines, onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno and Splenda; toss to coat and set aside.
Sprinkle ham with chili powder and cinnamon; lightly coat with cooking spray. Grill, turning once, until lightly charred and hot, about 3-5 minutes; remove to serving platter and serve with 1/3 up of salsa per serving.
