In large bowl combine, beef, greenchilis, chili powder and garlic and mix. Form into 4 patties
Coat patties and onion slices with cooking spray. Grill until burgers are done to your taste and onions are charred and tender about 8-10 minutes, flipping once.
Place one cup lettice on 4 plates, top with one burger, 1/4 Cup Salsa, 1 onion slice and 1/4 of the avocado chunks.
