Heat oil or butter in skillet over med heat, add fresh green beans (ends snapped off)
cook for 3 or 4 minutes until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Other options - add 1 tablespoon garlic to the oil or butter before adding the green beans for flavor or 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper to oil or butter before adding the green beans for flavor
