Mix together eggs, oil and milk until creamy. Add salt, baking soda, baking powder and flour to this mixture and blend well. If it is too thick, add additional liquid to thin out.
Prepare pancakes on hot griddle that has bee coated with cooking spray. Serve with Gluten-Free Pancake Syrup or pure maple syrup.
