1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza crust dough (Pillsbury)
Olive oil cooking spray
1 cup diced plum tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
2 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp grates parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Unroll dough onto baking sheet covered with cooking spray; pat into a 14x10 inch rectangle.
Combine tomatoes, rosemary, parmesan, garlic, and salt into a small bowl. Sprinkle prepared pizza crust with tomato mixture.
Place pan on bottom oven rack. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Cut each half horizontally into 1 inch strips.
