3 containers (16 oz each) strawberries, hulled and sliced
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a 5 qt saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, 45 mins, stirring frequently to make sure the mixture doesn't burn.
Store in an airtight containers in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
