Sauté the zucchini in the butter for 10 minutes. Then, stir in the
seasonings.

Combine 2 eggs and 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese.
Stir this into zucchini mixture.

|
Press the crescent rolls onto the bottom of an
ungreased 9x13 baking dish to form crust. Spread
with 2 t. mustard. Pour zucchini mixture into crust.

|
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until a
knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
