Mix together Bisquick, cinnamon, sugar and butter. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add Bisquick and 1/2 cup cold water. Mix thoroughly. Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll each into a rectangle. Spread dough with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Slice 1 inch apart (do not slice all the way through).
Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and spread remaining butter and cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
