In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, shallots, chili pepper, pickles, parsley, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with the hot-pepper sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
