Cut cheese crosswise into 3/4 inch slices.Lay slices flat and cut lengthwise. Combine flour n red pepper, stir well. In seperate bowl combine bread crumbs, parley, and jalepeno pepper. Dip cheese sticks in eggs , dredge in flour mixture. Dip cheese in egg again then bread crumbs mixture. Press firmly to make sure the crumbs stick. Place cheese sticks on wax-paper lined baking sheet and freeze 30 min.
