1 lb. tomatoes, cut into 1/4 in pieces
|

1/3 cup finely chopped white onion
|

2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
|

2 tsp fresh lime juice
|

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

sea salt to taste

Instructions |

|
In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, chiles, and lime juice. Salt to taste and toss again. If salsa is dry, add a splash of water.

Cover and let stand 10 to 15 min. to allow the flavors to mingle.
