Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookies sheets with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix , eggs and oil. beat with electric mixer until well blended. The batter will be very thick. Pinch off peices of batter and roll into 1 inch balls. place one inch apart on to cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with finger tips. Bake for 8-10 min. Remove immediatly from cookie sheets with spatula and place on cooling rack .

In a small bowl, Combine cream cheese, and butter until completly blended. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla and mix at low speed until icing is smooth, spread icing on half the cookies and top with remaining cookies. Store in refridgerator in lg. plastic bags.
